A payment is required to secure your order, I am unable to hold bookings otherwise. If you have received payment details for a specific date and time and have delayed your payment longer than 24 hours I can not guarantee your booking. Please check with me prior to paying if you are unsure.
I require full amount for grazing box order/s at time of booking confirmation.
I require a 50% deposit to lock in your grazing table booking.
If you are ordering for the next day delivery or pick up a $10 surcharge applies if your order was placed after 12pm. All orders must be paid by 4pm for next day delivery.
Full amount on all grazing table bookings are required to be paid 14 days prior to your booking date.
If you have to change your grazing booking date or grazing box order and there has been a price increase since your initial booking on your order, you are required to pay the higher amount.
If you have a change of date, always check with me first before locking in a date with your guests, incase I am unable to fulfil your new date and time. If you need to cancel, then cancelation policy applies.
Cancellations
The first $150 deposit on all orders is non refundable.
We require 14 days notice for a cancellation, if this amount of notice period is not given then the full 50% deposit will be retained.
If a cancellation is made 15 days or more prior to your booking, a change of date, store credit or *refund (*less $150 booking fee) is available.
If a lockdown or new restrictions are announced and your event can no longer go ahead, a change of date or full refund will be offered. If stock has already been purchased for the booking and it is cancelled due to COVID restrictions the customer is required to cover these costs.
If you wish to cancel your grazing table booking due to your own concerns about COVID-19 & not due to a lockdown/new restrictions in place, your deposit is non refundable (if cancellation is made within 14 days of your booking).
We understand that circumstances currently are difficult and constantly changing and we feel these measures are necessary for our small business to continue to operate.
Hire equipment must be cleaned prior to pick up or drop off or a $20 fee will be deducted from your account.
